3 cans seltzer water
- 1 cucumber, reduce into 1/2″ rounds
- 3 sprigs mint
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 peach, sliced
- Ginger, skin eliminated and sliced into rounds
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 strawberries, halved
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
Combine seltzer water with the elements of your choice. Then stir (and muddle, if desired) your ingredients to launch extra flavour. Finally serve straight away or sit back in the fridge till ready to drink.
Mermaid Lemonade Cocktail Drink
The combination of lemonade, blue curacao, and rum works miracles in this tropical cocktail that will make you feel like a mermaid.
- 2 c. ice
- 1/4 c. blue curaçao
- 1 c. white rum
- 2 c. lemonade
- 4 lemon slices
- 8 maraschino cherries
Put 1/4 cup ice in every glass, and then add a splash of blue curaçao, 1/4 cup rum, and another 1/4 cup ice. (The ice helps with the ombré.) Pour over half cup lemonade. Pin lemon slice and two maraschino cherries on a paper umbrella or toothpick and garnish drinks earlier than serving.

Ginger-Peach Soda Cocktail Drink

- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. minced sparkling ginger
- ripe peaches 2
- 2 litre Seltzer
- 16 fresh mint leaves
In a standard saucepan over medium-low heat, bring 1 cup water, sugar, and ginger to a mild simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove simple syrup from heat, cover, and steep for about 30 minutes.
Over a medium bowl, pour syrup via a fine-mesh sieve, pressing minced ginger towards sieve with the back of a wooden spoon to extort flavour. Discard ginger. Cover bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate till nicely chilled.
Evenly distribute peach slices amongst eight tall glasses. For every glass, gently compress peaches with the back of a spoon to extract the juice. Pour about two tbsp of chilled syrup over peaches. Then add ice cubes. Then top with seltzer. Stir well to distribute syrup, peach juice, and seltzer evenly. Garnish with two mint leaves.
Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco Cocktail Drink
Amazingly refreshing, bubbly, and candy – a best summer season cocktail that you can make in simply 5 minutes.
- 3 cups prosecco, chilled
- 1 cup limoncello liqueur, chilled
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 6 sprigs sparkling mint
In a large pitcher, whisk prosecco and limoncello collectively. Serve over raspberries, garnish with mint, if fancied.
Summer Melon Slushies Cocktail Drink
Stay cool for the summertime with three fresh flavours—Watermelon-Lime, Honeydew-Ginger-Mint, and Cantaloupe-Basil—of shaved ice.
- 1 6-to 7-lb. watermelon
- Simple syrup
- Zest of two limes
- Juice of four limes (about half of cup whole)
- 2 4-lb. honeydew melons
- Simple syrup
- 2 tbsp. freshly grated ginger
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 6-lb. cantaloupe
- Simple syrup
- 2 large sprigs fresh basil
Take off the skin and seeds from the melon (pick one from above); reduce into 2-inch portions (you need to be left with about four kilos total).
Make the simple syrup
In a small saucepan, mix two tablespoons granulated sugar, 1/4 cup water, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer (don’t stir) till the sugar dissolves, two to three minutes.
Remove from the warmth and stir in the flavourings (everything however the melon); let cool completely—strain into a small bowl or measuring cup.
In a blender, operating in two batches, puree half of the simple syrup combination and half of the melon until smooth. Strain into a steel loaf pan or square pan; repeat with remaining syrup and melon. Cover and freeze till set, about 8 hours.
When ready, use a fork to scrape the surface of the melon ice to create large flakes. Pour into glasses, top with a splash of soda water, and serve with additional fruit, if desired.
Grapefruit Citrus Sparkling Cocktail Drink
Try out this refreshing drink with your friends and enjoy.
- Grapefruit juice 4 oz
- Sprite, 7up, club soda, or flavoured sparkling water6 oz
- a wedge of fresh lime
- a wedge of lemon
- Dash of mild syrup (optional)
- Rosemary or Thyme and Grapefruit slices for garnish
Add your grapefruit juice into your class squeeze in your wedge of lime and wedge of lemon. Top off with 7up, stir to mix and add a few ice cubes. Taste to see if you prefer to add a sprint of simple syrup. If you are taking grapefruit juice from the shop and don’t like drinks too sweet, you may additionally no longer want the simple syrup. However, if you use a sparkling grapefruit, it can also be on the bitter side where an extra sprint of sugar would be helpful. Add your garnish and serve!

- 2 cups pear juice
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 litres ginger ale
- Sliced fresh pear
Pour pear juice into a big punch bowl. Add lemon juice. Stir in sugar. Mix in ginger ale and top with freshly sliced pear.
White Grape Spritzer Cocktail Drink
Besides diluting your drink with ice, make your garnish do double duty! Frozen grapes hold the pitcher cold and making a fantastic drink, too.
- 1/2 cup green grapes, frozen
- 1/2 cup red grapes, frozen
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 4 cups bottle ginger ale, chilled
- 4 cups white grape juice
Fill a 64 oz container with grapes, orange slices and lemon slices. Top with ginger ale and grape juice. Serve immediately.

- 1 oz honey syrup
- mango puree 1.5 oz
- 1.5 oz sparkling lime juice

Mix up cucumber and honey syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Then add the mango puree and lime juice and shake with ice vigorously. Now strain into a copper mug. Finally, top with ginger beer and stir.
